Staff are friendly and attentive . Every time I went to buy capsules every month, it was difficult because I wasn‘t good at English, but thanks to Austin detailed explained I was able to try a variety of capsules and finally found the coffee that suited my taste!
I had a wonderful experience at this Nespresso boutique! When I arrived, I was able to sample a drink that I have been considering purchasing, which was so helpful, and the baristas were very friendly. At checkout, my cashier Nada went above and beyond to help me get the best price for my purchase! This store has a lovely atmosphere, especially all dressed up for Christmas, and I will definitely be back. While I normally enjoy the convenience of shopping online, the experience of going into this store is very relaxing, and everyone I encountered was very helpful. I will definitely be back in the future!
I had a great time at this boutique. My server Patricia made a delicious coffee and did an amazing job answering all the questions I had about the coffee machine I bought and the pods that it uses. She was really helpful in deciding which plan I should go with and informative about other available benefits as a first time buyer. Would 100% recommend coming here if you want great service and tasty coffee!
We received very good customer service from Nespresso in Chatswood in choosing the coffee machine and the flavours for the pods. Jason is very knowledgeable and very patient. It was great to deal with him and his colleagues. When you buy a new machine, you receive a sample mix of pods. As it was a promotion, we received also pods worth $60. They make coffee onsite for tasting. Thank you for your assistance, Nespresso team.

Great experience! We came here just to buy some coffee pods for our machine at work. They don't stock corporate pods, but the staff were nice and recommended we buy online instead. We ended up sticking around out of interest of buying a machine, and the staff helped us decide on pods to buy for our new machine with a little taste test. I ended up trying out two different coffees. They have a great range of pods, glasses / mugs and machines available for purchase. The staff are very lovely and happy to help, even when busy. I'd definitely recommend coming here if you're in the market.

Montura is an exceptional staff at this Chatswood boutique. She is courteous, knowledgeable, very professional, and with a smile. Instead of purchasing 20 sleeves of coffee this morning, I doubled my purchase, as I may not encounter similar quality service from another staff on my next visit to this store. I have been in human resources for more than 40 years, and it is rare to encounter exceptional quality staff of this caliber.
